Kobe Kitano Ijinkan District is a historic area where foreign merchants and diplomats lived after the Port of Kobe opened to international trade in the 19th century.

“Amazing Osaka tour with Takashi!”

We had such a great time exploring Osaka with Takashi! He’s incredibly friendly, easygoing and very easy to talk to, which made the whole day really enjoyable from the start. He also knows a huge amount about Japanese history and culture, but what we appreciated most was the way he explained everything. Some topics, especially Japanese history and religion, can be quite complex, but Takashi made them clear, interesting and easy to understand. The tour was also very well planned. It was a fairly long day, but the pace felt just right — we saw a lot without ever feeling rushed or exhausted. Overall, it was a really fun and interesting experience, and we’re very happy we chose this tour. We would absolutely recommend Takashi to anyone visiting Osaka!

Takashi was wonderful! He is very knowledgable, professional and kind. We took a trip to a small town my family was originally from, and he went above and beyond to visit the area prior to our arrival to make sure he knew the area well. He was fantastic, we could not recommend Takashi enough!
