See traditional tools and modern brewing displays, hear how Nada’s water, rice, climate, and barrel culture shaped local sake, and sample sake offered by the breweries when available. The tour ends near Hanshin Sumiyoshi Station, with time to browse the museum shops.

Meeting Point

Hanshin Uozaki Station

- Meet outside the ticket gates at Hanshin Uozaki Station. The tour ends later at Hanshin Sumiyoshi Station, which is different from JR Sumiyoshi Station. I will send the exact meeting details after your booking is confirmed.

10:10 AM

Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kobo

Walk from Uozaki Station to this public brewery facility, where the sake-making equipment can be viewed through a glass-walled corridor. See how modern brewing differs from the traditional methods shown later in the tour. Actual production activity is seasonal and cannot be guaranteed. A brewery-provided tasting may be available; service and selection are determined by the facility on the day.

11:10 AM

Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery Museum

Explore traditional sake-brewing tools and the culture of Nada’s dry sake, including the kimoto method and wooden barrel craftsmanship. The museum normally offers seasonal samples, but tasting availability and selection are controlled by the facility. Optional paid tastings and purchases are at the guest’s own expense.

12:10 PM

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum

Visit a museum set in a former wooden brewhouse and follow the traditional sake-making process through preserved tools, life-size displays, and video. A standard brewery-provided sample may be available at the end of the visit. There is also time to browse the shop before walking to Hanshin Sumiyoshi Station.
