This tour offeres you a panoramic view at the bottom of Mt Wakakusa is located behind the Nara park, and get down to the Kasuga shrine then Todaiji while pass though Nara deer park.
This is an experienced-based tour that provides you to short-hike, and you also can see the historical landmarks.

Meeting Point
Kintetsu Nara Station or JR Nara station
- I will pick you up by car take you to the Mt Wakakusa’s north trail gate.
The foot of Mt.Wakakusa
From the north gate of Mt. Wakakusa , you can enjoy a panoramic view of whole Nara City . You can also take commemorative photos with the deer amidst this stunning scenery.
From Mt.Wakakusa to Kasuga shrine by foot
We will walk for 15 minutes from either the north or South Gate of Mt Wakakusa to Kasuga Taisha Shrine.
Kasuga shrine
At Kasuga Taisha, We will tour the main hall which will take approximately 45 minutes.
From Kasuga shrine to Todaiji
We’ll walk or take the bus to the Todaiji, the bus is useful but it may take almost same time with walking due to the traffic jam so we can improvise.
Todaiji
From Todaiji to Nara Machi
We go down from Todaiji to Nara Machi while feeling deers and we can go back to the Kintetsu Nara station
