“Kyoto day tour”

Kaori met us at the cruise terminal with a warm smile and we immediately felt a connection. It was our first day in Japan and we were a bit overwhelmed in the very busy railway stations and subways so we were really thankful to have Kaori there to help us negotiate our way around and to show us how and where to get tickets. That really helped to give us the confidence to use the rail system ourselves in the days that followed. Kaori's English was very good and she told us lots of interesting information about the places we visited. She took us to the Gion District, Kenninji Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Dera Temple and the Fushimi Inari Shrine, all of which were on our 'to do' list. We had lunch of sobo noodles with chicken and tempura prawns in a lovely authentic restaurant which Kaori knew of and it was delicious. We really appreciated Kaori's guidance throughout the day. She was very chatty and easy to relate to and she delivered us back to the cruise terminal at the end of our tour. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kaori as a guide.

“Above and Beyond”

Kaori was an exceptional guide for us in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, and truly made our trip unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way - from making special restaurant reservations in Kobe for us, to researching the museum there in advance so she was incredibly well prepared and knowledgeable before we even arrived. What impressed us most was how thoughtful and attentive she was to our family’s needs. When my son wanted a very specific airplane, Kaori took it upon herself to call multiple places to help us find it. That level of care and dedication meant so much to us and showed just how deeply she cares about her guests. Kaori made us feel like part of her family and ensured we always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the tour. Her kindness, organization, and genuine warmth made every day seamless and special. We could not recommend her more highly - she is truly one of a kind.
