Tour Important Information
Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board with your name on at the arrival gate for pick-up.
Please be noted that most of our drivers cannot speak English.
Important message from the supplier
-Even if you make a reservation (payment), we may not be able to arrange it.
-You must check availability for reservations for the tours listed.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation-We are open from 9am to 4pm (JST) on weekdays. Messages received out of the above hours will be dealt with on the next business day.
-The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 5
days in advance prior to the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

- Free cancellation - 15 days prior to meeting time
- 80% Refund - 8 to 14 days prior to meeting time
- 70% Refund - 2 to 7 days prior to meeting time
- 50% Refund - 1 day(s) prior to meeting time
- No Refund - less than - 24 hours before the meeting time

“Hiroshima and Miyajima day trip”
This was just a taxi service, with non English speaking driver. It was a self guided trip, hence no review. A/C was not working at pick up time but was fixed at drop off.

“Day Tour with Private Taxi is the best! ”
Taking this Tokyo Day Tour with a private taxi is the best! Our driver was very professional and van was spotless. Our Guide and our driver took us to the best attractions and we didn’t have to go and fight the crowd in the train stations. Very comfortable! Will recommend if you do not want to wear yourself down.
