Tour Important Information

This tour can be customized according to your needs and preferences.

We do not have good public transportation system in Sado like JR.

Until quite recently , tour guides were not allowed to drive cars when we were the tour guides.

The government revised laws and ordinances lately. We can drive cars for the tourists, now.

If your party is made up of 1-4 people, I will give you a free ride in my car.

If your party is more than 5 people, I recommend you a rental car. I will be a driver and a guide. Rental car fare for a big party will be around 20000 yen a day.

900 apple trees.I grow 10 kinds of apples and 4 kinds of pears with my wife.

Sado is a fascinating and picturesque island with scenic spots ,historical places and relics,traditional performing arts,delicious dishes and so on. I'm sure you will be satisfied with hospitality of Sado islanders.

“Keiichi-san is a wonderful tour guide”

Kei-san was a wonderful and delightful tour guide for our Sado island visit. He has a wealth of knowledge that he shared with us since he grew up on the island. He has excellent English speaking abilities and we did try some of our minimal Japanese language talking to him as well. We enjoyed going to the gold mine and learning the history of Sado as well as riding in the tugboats. He was fun to talk to and answered all our questions. He also went out of his way to take us to our hotel and back to the ferry the next day which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend Kei- San as a guide to any travelers who want a detailed history of Sado Island. Cheers John and Carmina( from California)

“Fantastic Sado guide”
