Tour Important Information
We will pick you up at the arrival gate of Narita Airport with our welcome sign board and drive you to your hotel, so please kindly provide the following information when you proceed on booking:
- your flight no. and scheduled arrival time
- which terminal you will arrive at
- hotel name in Tokyo
*If your hotel is outside Tokyo, we offer our transfer service with extra charge depending on the hotel's location. In this case, please kindly send us a message before booking through our profile page and we will check our availability.
*Depending on the itinerary, additional fees may apply.
*Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant (not a professional guide).
*Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour fee as some places accept cash only.

- Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour such as parking fee, toll fee, and transportation fee to bring our vehicle to/back to our base in Narita or Osaka.
- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation - 48 hours prior to meeting time
- 50% Refund - 1 day(s) prior to meeting time
- No Refund - less than - 24 hours before the meeting time

We are a Transportation company located in Narita and Osaka.
Our service covers the following areas in Japan:
1) Tokyo, Narita, Yokohama, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Karuizawa, and Takayama (vehicles will come from our base in Narita)
2) Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe ,Wakayama,and Hiroshima (vehicles will come from our base in Osaka)

“Wonderful Private Chartered Van”
Miya our driver for this private tour of Yokohama was wonderful. He arrived early at our accommodation and drove us around to visit all the attractions. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. On our first trip to Japan, we wanted to take day trip to visit Mt Fuji. We scouted online for the best transportation service available for a group 9 adults 2 children and 2 infants. Out of the 4 companies we contacted via email, GoWithGuide fit our bill. It was an easy communication to inquire and pay via their platform. We paid the vehicle rent upfront online and the miscellaneous items on the day of the excursion - such as baby seats for the 2 infants, the toll fees & parking fees. We were greeted by our friendly driver Miya-san who arrived on time, and the Coaster/minibus we used was comfortable and easily accommodated our family. We appreciated the bathroom breaks to and fro our destination. We provided an itinerary but Miya-san made helpful recommendations based on our mobility capabilities and the beautiful kimonos we rented before going around lake Kawaguchiko. We got premium photoshoot spots and managed to finish on time for lunch. Though we had wanted to stay a little longer, we left on schedule for Tokyo as we encountered the anticipated heavy traffic on the way home. We highly recommend using this service.
