“Easy communication and very accommodating”
I reached out to TR Taxi to hire a private taxi to take me and my three children to the Kunisaki Peninsula. They were super easy to communicate with and set it up with me and allowed me to pre-pay. They couldnt find an English speaking driver in Oita Prefecture but I had no issue using ChatGPT translation. Even though I’d chosen the outing date a month or more in advance, a couple days before I realized that the weather wasn’t cooperating with my plans. I reached out to TR Taxi just 24h before and they were able to reschedule my outing with no penalty. Highly recommend!
