Japanese home visiting! Home cooking & cultural experience
Do you want to have a very unique experience in Japan? We welcome you to our home where you can experience multiple Japanese culture experiences. Home cooking experience, kimono fitting, flower arrangement(Ikebana), tea ceremony and visiting a sake brewery in my local area! If you get a little bit tired of seeing big cities, come to our home and experience the country-side of Japan.
Meeting Point
At your hotel or station
Nagoya Station or your hotel
I'll pick you up at Nagoya station or your hotel.
Saki's home
From Nagoya station, it takes about 40 mins to my home. My home town is outside of Nagoya. You can enjoy a nice country-side view during our commute by local train.
Cooking Experience(Saki's home)
We'll give you a private cooking class which you can learn how to make Japanese food.(We can change menu depending on your preference).
Enjoy homemade Japanese meal!
Have a nice chat and enjoy homemade meal!
Private tea ceremony or flower arrangement
Chose one of the experiences, private tea ceremony or flower arrangement will be held in our tatami room.
Yukata fitting and take a walk
You can chose your favorite yukata to put on from our collection. Let's take a small walk outside of our house.
Sake Brewery tour(Optional, please ask guide the availability)
There is a very authentic sake Brewery in our local area where you can taste and purchase their products. The visiting time could vary depending on their production schedule.

I'll take you to Nagoya station or your hotel.

Lunch ingredients( we will visit local shop near our house to get the ingredients. The price will be from 1500-3000 yen per group)
Transportation fee(from Nagoya-my home about 700 to 900 yen per person for guide and customer)
Sake tasting fee(if you want to do tasting it costs 1000 yen for all guests at brewery)

“Great tour and personality”
Saki did a great job taking us through Nagoya which isn't easy given that city is typically on the back burner compared to Kyoto, Yokohama, Nagasaki, etc, but she made our visit really smooth and pleasant, and fun to be with, taking us to authentic places she knew of that we wouldn't have found on our own, and isn't that what a private guide is really there for ?

“Amazing tour”
Suki gave us the tour of Kyoto. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. She showed us different places and explained the history. She was very patient since we were traveling with kid. I highly recommend her.
