“Our time with Saki was the highlight of our trip”
Saki was beyond incredible. We spent three weeks travelling throughout Japan, and the two days we spent with her were the most memorable of our entire trip and all we talk about with family and friends. From the very beginning, Saki was kind, welcoming, organised, and an excellent communicator. She took the time to understand our family and created truly bespoke experiences that allowed us to experience authentic Japan in a way we never could have on our own. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, yet it always felt like we were exploring Japan with a friend rather than a tour guide. We had 2 young children (under 4) who had some very big feelings as kids do when travelling and having young children herself she was so understanding and adaptive whenever we had to pause for some big tears. What made Saki so special was her genuine hospitality and warmth. She went above and beyond for us, even helping secure restaurant bookings for the Tokyo portion of our trip after our tour with her had finished. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The highlight of our time in Japan wasn't a famous attraction or landmark. It was the time we spent with Saki. We have already started planning our return trip to Japan, and we're intentionally building part of our itinerary around Nagoya so that we can spend more time with her and experience more of Japan through her guide. If you're considering booking with Saki, don't hesitate. She didn't just show us Japan. She helped create memories our family will treasure forever, and by the end of our tour, we genuinely felt like we had made a friend.

“An extremely enjoyable and insightful tour by the loveliest guide!”
Saki is an extremely knowledgeable and passionate tour guide. Her English is very fluent, and we had no problem at all exchanging conversation. We happened to visit Nagoya on New Years' Eve, and she planned a great 6-hour itinerary mixing local culture, food and shopping. Unfortunately because of our slower walking pace we didn't manage to finish everything on the list, but my family and I still felt that we saw a lot of Nagoya that we wouldn't have gotten to see otherwise. Thank you for the wonderful experience Saki!

Nagoya Golden Tour
Nagoya is the 4th largest city in Japan with a population of about 2.2 million. I would like to guide you Nagoya Castle, Osu Kannon Temple, old shopping streets, Oasis21 and Nagoya TV Tower. Nagoya Castle was first built by Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1612. Afterwards it was burnt down in 1945 and it was reconstructed in 1959. You can see Golden Shachi on the both ends of the top roof. Furthermore the Honmaru (the keep of a castle) reconstructed in 2013 is open to the public, too.
