Hi, I am Mayu. I can speak English and Spanish (for guiding my Spanish needs to be polished. But I can communicate). I have had experiences as a tour leader for groups of Japanese tourists to foreign countries and foreign tourists in Japan, Tokyo, Osaka. Kyoto, Hiroshima, Kanazawa and many other cities.
I live in Hokkaido. My tours are around my city, Asahikawa. But I can customize your plan and take you around Japan. (Please let me know 2 weeks before your plan.) Even if my days are not available on my calendar, I could arrange them for you. So please ask me for availability.(I am not available from Sep. 17 to Nov. 4 )
I like hiking and cycling. If you are interested in those things, I will make a plan for you.

I want to recommend Mayu sensei to anyone who wishes to visit Asahikawa, Furano, and Biei. Mayu sensei is an absolutely fantastic guide. She drives safely in the snow, treats us with kindness, and planned a fantastic itinerary for us. In the end, we took up more time than we had initially agreed because we were traveling with a toddler, but she was so considerate to us. Apart from the beautiful scenes we enjoyed, my family felt like we made a new friend today. We will find Mayu again the next time, and we strongly recommend her.

Half day tour of Biei from Asahikawa
Starting from Asahikawa Station, you can visit Patch work RD, take some pictures of Seven-star tree, Ken & Mary tree. Next drive to Blue pond. Take a little walk and enjoy the magnificent view. After that visit Shirahige falls and finally to Tokachidake Bogakudai observation, enjoy the view of Tokachi mountain range and a panoramic view of Asahikawa and Furano. Starting from Asahikawa, you can visit Sounkyo, a sunflower field(only in summer), Road to the sky, Oshinkoshin water falls, Shiretoko five lakes and Shiretoko pass. Enjoy great view of vast Hokkaido. This tour ends in Shiretoko.
From Asahikawa to Lake Shikotsu, Noboribetsu & Lake Toya
Enjoy a long drive with a vast view. First you can visit a sunflower park until（ the mid-Aug.), next, Lake Shikotsu, Noboribetsu where you can see active volcanic areas, Hell valley and mud pools. Lastly visit Lake Toya. You can take a gondola and see a great view from Mt. Usu. Stay in Lake Toya area and enjoy fireworks at night.

Choose any letters you like. You can even write your name in Japanese or Chinese letters. A proffessional calligraphy teacher will teach you and you can make your original souvenir for yourself. You can learn and have some Sake tasting at a famous Sake brewery and its museum. Enjoy Ramen at Ramen village. Lastly you will visit Asahiyama zoo.
