・The tour price doesn't include admission fee, toll fee, meals, or lodging.
・If the tour itinerary requires an overnight stay, the guest is requested to pay the lodging expense of the driver.
・When the drop off point is different from the pick-up point, the guest is possibly requested to pay the toll fee for the taxi to return if necessary.
Please write down as much of the following information as possible upon booking: 1) pick up time and location 2) drop off time and location 3) number of luggage 4) itinerary (if fixed)
-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation
-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:

“Fabulous day”
We were so lucky to have ? Monome drive us around from the port in Sakaiminato. She attended to our every need. Even though she had little English, she used Google Translate throughout the journey, which made communication very easy. We ended up extending the tour by mire than 2 hours, including the fabulous Adachi gardens. We would highly recommend TR taxis in Sakaminiato.

“Stopped the tour ”
Our experience was totally unsatisfactory. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the driver (even if we do speak Japanese!), the information given to us was often wrong. Any random taxi would have been superior! If you target foreign customers, you have at least check what you offer. When we finished visiting the Jomon site, the car was there but not the driver. We, as customers, are not to wait for the driver, it's the other way around. We took another taxi and will continue our sightseeing by ourselves even if we have to pay for it. However our Regent Seven seas ombrella remained in the car. Please ask the driver to deposit it to the ship. Worst experience ever.

Regarding the situation at the Jomon site, we have checked with our local staff in Aomori. Because it was raining, the driver took the umbrella from the car to bring it to you. However, due to some miscommunication, he could not find you. When he returned, you had already left. We sincerely apologize for the delay this caused to your trip. It seems there have been some communication issues between you and the driver right from the start of this trip. Although we do not have more details, we will speak with our local team in Aomori and ask them to pay closer attention to the selection and assignment of drivers. We believe your feedback will help them focus more on driver communication training. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
