“Great guide”

We (two parents and three college-aged kids) spent a wonderful day with Takashi in Kyoto. He was flexible and open about changing our itinerary on the day-off due to weather and out interests. He introduced us to a good soba noodle restaurant and joined us for lunch. He was knowledgeable on sights and history, easy to talk to, and a great Kyoto ambassador. Highly recommended.

He possesses deep knowledge of Kyoto's history and culture, explaining everything thoroughly and bringing each location to life. What stood out to us the most was his amazing flexibility. We made several changes to our itinerary throughout the day, and Takashi accommodated every single one of them with grace and ease. Even though we packed a great deal into a single day, his pacing was masterful—he never made us feel rushed, allowing us to truly enjoy each moment. “Friendly, Knowledgeable and Enthusiastic Tour Guide”

Takashi was a fabulous guide. He generated two itineraries for us based on what we wanted to see, and made a great plan to see many of Kyoto's great sights. Takashi met us at our hotel, and we went on great tour through the city, seeing sites such as the bamboo forest, Fumishi inari, Yasaka pagoda, Gion and many other locations along the way. We travelled as a group of two, we managed our to navigate ourselves around Tokyo effortlessly, same as Osaka. What we really gained from this was knowledge, history, facts, culture and a deeper meaning to what we are seeing and experiencing from a local (Takashi) who has a real passion for his work. Takashi made our Kyoto trip so much more valuable then just seeing the sights. Thank you Takashi ありがとうごしました
