After enjoyed panoramic view of Sendai City at Sendai Castle, I will take you to Zuihoden which is a mausoleum of Sendai's founder, Date Masamune. We will take a taxi back to the city center and you may taste some of the local specialities such as Zunda(sweetened crashed Edamame) and fish cake. You can have a taste of Sendai's history, culture and food all in one.

Akemi was an amazing tour guide. We booked her for a Matsushima day trip. I have an eye disease and use a cane and had my 11 year old son with me. She was very accommodating and made sure I was ok with walking at her pace and taking stairs. She was able to personalize the tour for us. She was very kind and informational about our stops we had. We learned a lot on this trip! She even took some photos of us. As a mom I'm usually the one taking photos so it was nice to be in the photos this time. My son is a picky eater but she got him to try some fish for lunch. She was so patient and understanding with him. I would highly recommend Akemi!
