Tokyo private customize tour with luxury van(1-9pax.)
“RIDING WITH FUJI”
Fuji texted me the night before our tour to introduce himself and reconfirm meeting details. He was on time and extremely helpful in loading our six large suitcases. He seemed to get us every where our guide wanted to go. He was personable and tried to communicate in English as best he could. I would use Fuji in any future visit to Tokyo.

“11 hours in a car with only scenic stop ”
Horrible traffic, taking 5 hours to get there and 5 hours to get back, plus traffic all around Lake Kawaguchi area. Leaving absolutely no time to visit anything, not to mention having to pay for extra time. The driver we had was wonderful, kind and patient. He tried his best to give us something memorable. Unfortunately there wasn’t much he could do about the traffic, but he mentioned that it was a holiday that day and for the next few days. I would give our driver 5 out of 5 stars. Of course traffic is not the company’s fault, however they should have mentioned that and considered it in the itinerary they provided. So it did not feel like they cared about customer experience. As we would have avoided booking on a holiday if we knew.
