“Excellent layover in Tokyo!”
We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Sasaki, during our brief layover in Tokyo! Having never visited Tokyo, we did not want to simply transfer airports to catch our flight home. We wanted to see parts of the city! When I booked a private driver, the company welcomed my requests for things to see and put together a very doable itinerary. When we landed, we had a WhatsApp message from Sasaki with instructions for meeting us at the airport. He was a professional throughout the day - loading our luggage, welcoming us back to the van after each stop, and communicating effectively. We had four stops during the day. He remained parked and waiting on us, allowing us to set our own timeline. Sasaki even offered us a great vantage point for taking pictures of the Tokyo Tower. If you’re debating on just making the transfer between airports by train or hiring a driver, please arrange the latter. This company was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be back for a longer visit next time. Thank you!

“Flawless experience”
I am so very glad that I booked this service to help us manage the few hours between the end of a cruise and our flight home. The booking was easy, and they got my input on the tour stops at that time. The driver contacted me a day ahead and made sure we were in contact. He was on time and very helpful in guiding us to find him. Our driver was very flexible in getting us places and giving us time to ourselves, and he suggested adjustments to the schedule along the way that helped us. It was wonderful to get in a few last sights before we left Japan without worrying about storing luggage or making it to the airport on time. Would 100% book this service again.
