Tour Important Information

Child Car Seat 1,500 Yen/ per

-Private Charter taxis are registered as commercial vehicles (such as buses and taxis). Therefore, unlike rental cars or private vehicles, they are not legally required to be equipped with child safety seats.

However, for your convenience, one child seat per vehicle can be rented for an additional fee upon request, subject to availability.

Meeting Information

-On the day of your tour, your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a sign with the lead traveler's name (in English).

Presenting your voucher (booking confirmation) is not required. Simply tell the driver the name of the lead traveler before boarding.

Expressway Tolls

-Expressway tolls are included in the vehicle rental fee. No additional payment is required on-site.

Important Information & Terms of Use

-We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

-For any booking inquiries or changes, please contact us via the GoWithGuide chat.

-If your flight is canceled, please request cancellation before departure and provide your airline e-ticket as proof.

-The tour must end by 7:00 PM. Pick-up and drop-off locations may affect departure and arrival times.

-We do not provide restaurant reservations or booking services for other facilities.

-Please stay within your reserved rental time. Overtime will be billed at JPY 5,000–8,000 per hour. Overtime exceeding 30 minutes will be rounded up to one hour.

-Only one child seat per vehicle is available (additional fee applies).

-For airport pick-ups, flight or immigration delays are not the driver's responsibility. Waiting time over one hour will be counted as part of your reserved service time.

-No refunds or rescheduling are available for unused time.

-Late arrivals will be counted as part of your reserved service time.

-Service time cannot be extended due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

-Changes or additions to the itinerary that differ from the pre-arranged route cannot be made on the day of the tour.
