The Star Swing is a wooden suspension bridge with a deck that is 180m above sea level, 280m long, and 50m above the ground at its highest point. It is one of the largest pedestrian suspension bridges in Japan. From the bridge, you can see the forest of Hoshida Park below, which is beautiful in every season. Enjoy a thrilling stroll in the air.

The Katano area is the home of the Tanabata legend, and this suspension bridge was given the nickname "Star Swing" to symbolize the village where stars fall.

The park features a gorgeous bamboo garden, a Japanese garden, a tea house, and a multi-purpose plaza.

The plaza includes a tea whisk making demonstration corner, and a Japanese-style room that can be used for tea ceremonies, making it a place where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. We can whisk our own green tea while sitting in a front of a serene stone Japanese garden.

Maiko no Cha Honpo.

We will gather around a traditional Japanese hearth to sample green tea.
