Our guide went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had an amazing experience. She took the time to understand each person’s interests and preferences and tailored the itinerary accordingly so everyone felt included and happy. What truly set her apart was her willingness to help with so much more than just sightseeing. She assisted us with restaurant reservations that matched our dietary preferences, helped book appointments, and even guided us to the best shopping spots based on what we were looking for. Her local knowledge, organization, and attention to detail made our trip incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and always one step ahead in making sure everything was taken care of. We are so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Japan. “Rina Made Osaka Feel Like Home”

Rina was incredible. Meeting us at our hotel made everything simple, and from there she guided us through Osaka like a true local. She showed us the famous sights but also the tucked away places we never would have discovered on our own. She introduced us to local foods, helped us shop, and even assisted us in buying beautiful traditional items we couldn’t have purchased without her. Rina is fun, engaging, and so easy to be around it honestly felt like spending the day with a sister. Her idea to split the tour over two days was perfect and made the experience even better.
