Hi, I am Rieko, you can call me Ricky. I am a National licensed English speaking tour guide.
I was born in Yokohama, the neighboring city of Tokyo, and have lived there for a long time. So, I know a lot about Tokyo and the surrounding cities, such as Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone, and Nikko.
My favorite things to do are traveling and talking with people. I have traveled more than 30 countries in the world and talked with a lot of people worldwide. And it is fun to host people from all over the world.
Cooking and eating are also one of my favorite things to do. Japan has a unique and a great food culture, and it is a great pleasure if I can introduce you various kinds of food you have never eaten before, and help you enjoy your stay in Japan.

After the inner market moved to Toyosu, Tsukiji is still the most attractive tourist destination. You can enjoy not only sushi, but also various street foods in a lively atmosphere. If you are lucky, you can learn how a big tuna is cut into sashimi in Tsukiji Uogashi.
Yokohama One Day Tour
Yokohama is one of the oldest ports in Japan and known for its exotic atmosphere and Asian largest China town. I will show you around typical tourist spots in Yokohama. We will visit Minato Mirai area, Red Brick Warehouse, China Town, Yamashita Park, Bluff Area, Sankeien Garden.
Night Food Tour in Ginza
Ginza is the high-end shopping street with a lot of high rise buildings. But it is also an area with a lot of restaurants from reasonable ones to fancy ones. Let us enjoy the night view of the fancy shopping street, izakaya, some Japanese sweets including ones Emperor Meiji loved, and end up in a monjayaki restaurant in Tsukishima. Monjayaki is a kind of Okonomiyaki, Japanese savory pancake using running batter.

“The most amazing food tour of Tokyo!”
We are a family of five, and spent a full day exploring the food delights of Tokyo with the wonderful Rieko, starting with the mindblowing Tsukiji Market. It is a foodies' paradise, and even though the main fish market has moved off-site, there is plenty to see and do. We walked through the small fish market still at Tsukiji, then explored the surrounding outer market of shops and stalls, sampling food as we went. After an incredible sushi lunch, we headed off to see kitchenware in Asakusa, had beautiful yakitori in an izakaya in Ginza and finished off with okonomiyaki and monja in Tsukishima. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind - and gave us all a good experience we will never forget. This was just the most incredible, unforgettable food tour and we would highly recommend this and Rieko as a guide!

“A Busy Day in Tokyo”
Rieko was a knowledgeable tour guide. We had a sightseeing-filled day in the intense heat, but she made the experience exciting and engaging. I recommend taking a taxi and public transportation if you plan to go in the summer, since many of the sites are outdoors and have little to no shade.
