NARUTO WHIRLPOOL with VIDEO

One of the Three Major Whirlpools in the World

Naruto whirlpool is one of the three major whirllpools in the world, along with the Strait of Messina in Italy and the Seymour Narrows in Canada. 

You can see Naruto whirlpool in the Naruto Strait under the bridge called "Onarutokyo Bridge."

The middle of the Naruto Strait is very deep and the parts close to lands are shallow. Because of this, in the hightide, the water is rapidly running from the Seto Inland Sea to the Pacific Ocean.

That's why It creates the whirlpool.

You can see the whirlpool from the boat.

This is Onarutokyo Bridge connecting between Awaji Island and Shikoku Island.
