-We are open from 9am to 6pm (JST) on weekdays. Messages received out of the above hours will be dealt with on the next business day.
-The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage
・The drivers cannot speak English but will be able to communicate with you through a translation application.
・The tour price doesn't include admission fees, toll fees, or meals.
It depends on car capacity as follows:
Taxi (sedan: 4, jumbo: 9)
Under 12, 3 children are counted as 2 adults, 2 children are counted as 2 adults and 1 child is counted as 1 adult.
*Infants are also counted in the total no. of passengers.
It depends on the taxi company (it is not an obligation to provide a child seat in a taxi). Please leave notes (the age of the child is necessary) in the request form upon booking.
It depends on the luggage size and the no. of passengers. The normal sedan taxi has a fuel tank in its trunk, so please note that the trunk is smaller than that of a normal car.

During high seasons (spring and fall in Japan), all of the cars in our stock usually get reserved, so please make a reservation well before hand.

No. Please kindly pay the toll fees by cash on site where necessary.
It includes driver fee, fuel fee and tax. Parking fee, toll fee, deadhead toll fee and ferry fare are excluded, so please kindly ******* on site.
Deadhead toll fee is toll fee for a taxi to go to the meeting point before the tour and to return to the company garage after the tour (only if it has to take a toll road). Ferry fare means passenger fare and taxi carriage fare if the route includes ferry transportation during the tour. (passenger fare of the driver is included in the carriage fare)
Please bring the printed booking confirmation so that the driver can identify you upon meeing. If it's impossible to print it out, please take notes of reservation no., boarding date, company's name and its phone number on your memo. Or you can show the booking confirmation on your smartphone.
The driver will welcome you holding a name board.
The driver will wait for max. 30 min after the start time. If you are running late due to personal reasons and we can't contact you within 10 minutes of the meeting time, your reservation will be canceled without refund. If we can contact you, the taximeter will start counting until you arrive and you will be requested to pay for the additional time.

The driver is supposed to give a guided tour, but it will be provided mainly by English materials such as a brochure and pamphlet due to the language limitation of the driver.

If it's a foldable wheelchair, a taxi can carry it in its trunk. In the case of an electric one, availability of taxis with wheelchair lifts are limited to certain areas, so please kindly send us an inquiry.
It is usually not acceptable (depending on the taxi company), but guide/ service dogs are exempted. If you have one in your group, please leave request notes upon booking.
Takahashi was more than our driver. He was our tour guide and our partner in exploring the island. My daughter and I went to Shikoku for the first time as tourists but also to learn about our family roots which originate in Kochi. Takahashi san helped us on our adventure and his strong knowledge of the history of the area helped us to put the pieces of my family’s history together. This was the best money we could have spent. We hired the taxi on 24 December for a 1-day trip. The driver was on time, polite, safe while driving in the snow, and overall a great person to take us around the sites outside of Aomori city.
