“Highly recommend tour around Kagoshima ”

We had a wonderful day touring with Mr. Yamada! He was waiting with a sign right outside the cruise terminal. He took us to all the places we wanted to see, including a stunning volcano, a historic samurai house, and a beautiful garden. He was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to communicate with using Google Translate. His warm and thoughtful nature made the day feel effortless and special. We’re so grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan!

Mr. Yamada was our driver in Kagoshima. He was not only highly professional but very knowledgeable. He does not speak English but he went out of his way to explain things using a translator. Mr. Yamada was kind. We truly enjoyed having him as our driver. Our family highly recommends him.

Despite the pouring rain, Mr. Yamada walked with us, personally guiding us through Kagoshima’s highlights and sharing the rich stories behind them. His dedication and kindness touched us deeply. We even wanted to thank him by inviting him to lunch, but he politely declined and instead patiently waited while we shopped. We are so grateful for his time, care, and generosity.
