“Miyazaki Tour”

My brother Jason and I flew out to Miyazaki airport where Eiji picked us up. Not only is he a welcoming and friendly tour guide, but he's also very knowledgeable. He was more than happy to explain the historical background of the various places in we visited such as Obi Castle Town, Udo shrine, and Aoshima Island. Additionally, he's also makes good suggestions. For instance, when he learned that we practiced archery, he told us we could try out Shihanmato style archery at Obi Castle Town and that was pretty enjoyable. On top of that, the restaurant he recommended makes was excellent. We had nanban chicken and that was delicious. If you're looking for a tour guide for Miyazaki, Eiji is excellent.at it. If I decide to visit Miyazaki in the future and need a tour guide, Eiji will be one I'll definitely reach out to. Thanks for the tour, Eiji. Jason and I had a great time.

“Sakurajima and Sengan-en gardens ”

We can highly recommend Eiji as a knowledgeable, flexible and experienced guide. He transported by car which made our tour efficient and easy. He tailored our tour to our needs and we enjoyed chatting to him (his English is excellent). The tour of Sengan-en gardens was lovely-such a tranquil, beautiful place, and our visit to Sakurajima was memorable. I was delighted by the fact that Eiji shared my love of birdwatching and he enthusiastically incorporated bird identification and viewing into our day whenever we saw birds.

“Sakurajima and Chiran Peace Museum and Samurai District”

We are a group of 4 adults from Singapore on a Japan cruise holiday stopping in Kagoshima for a day. Mr Eiji K was our private guide in Kagoshima. Eiji-san is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, with a very pleasant and friendly personality. He speaks very fluent English, communicates well and has a good sense of humour. He is punctual and covers the itinerary of our tour very efficiently with due consideration to our cruise ship's departure time from the port. Due to rainy weather condition, we decided, after visiting Sakurajima, to skip the Sengan-en Garden strolling part of our tour and instead requested Eiji-san to take us to the nearby small town of Chiran to visit the Peace Museum (history of Kamikaze pilots) and the Samurai District. Eiji-san was very flexible and amenable to switch the itinerary, although the driving distance from Sakurajima was quite far and knowing the change would result in our agreed tour time period being exceeded. Both these places were surprisingly very interesting and educational although they are not well advertised in travel websites. The mini-van used for our trip was very comfortable, clean and safe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable day with Eiji-san as our guide. We highly recommend Mr Eiji K as a private guide for Kagoshima. CH Koh Singapore
