Woo was very helpful in the booking and planning part and made it very easy to customize our day. Our assigned driver Mr. Takahashi was very nice and had a very friendly assistant with him that day. They were both great and provided us with a day we will never forget. I would not hesitate to use them again. And if are only in port for a day and want to avoid ships crowds definitely book with them. We were always ahead of all the cruise excursion crowds and had a great time

The service was perfect. We had already seen multiple castles and shrines so we asked if we could change up the itinerary. Driver accommodated our request and said we could create our own itinerary for our time frame. We even were running out of time and was given a chance to extend if we wanted.
