Walking or Biking Tour of Matsumoto
We will walk around the popular destination of Matsumoto. We will visit Matsumoto Castle- one of Japan's three original castles and a national treasure. On the tour, we will visit some lesser-known shrines, but beautiful ones. We will walk down the old market street called Nawate and walk among the warehouses of Nakamichi. Zenkoji-temple is one of the most famous landmark in Nagano region. Founded approx. 1,400 years ago, this temple has been loved by common people since its' independence from a certain religion.
