“Cruise ship stop in Aomori”
We had an EXCEPTIONAL day with Tomo in Aomori. He met us at the cruise ship port and organized our day for us. The visit to the nearby temple had us involved in the harp music and tea ceremony before seeing the largest sitting Buddha. From there we enjoyed the Nebuta museum with the colorful displays of the festival floats and a demonstration of the music and dancing. A stop a a friends nearby Apple Store had us tasting fresh Fuji apple juice and apples. The fish market had us mesmerized before the local Nomkedon lunch. The Aomori museum of History was our final stop. This gentleman had in-depth knowledge that he shared on the culture and history of Aomori. Thank you Tomo!!!

“Wonderful Guide!”
My grandmother was born and raised in Aomori, and I finally had the opportunity to come to Japan to see where she grew up. Based on the information I was able to provide about my family, Tomohiko gave us a tour that highlighted areas that were important to her and the rest of my family. We had an amazing day and were able to see what life is really like in this amazing city. We truly appreciate Tomohiko's knowledge and passion for his home city. It was a very special and memorable experience!
