Enjoy a long drive with a vast view. First you can visit a sunflower park until（ the mid-Aug.), next, Lake Shikotsu, Noboribetsu where you can see active volcanic areas, Hell valley and mud pools. Lastly visit Lake Toya. You can take a gondola and see a great view from Mt. Usu. Stay in Lake Toya area and enjoy fireworks at night.

Lunch and sight seeing in Noboribetsu. You can see active volcanic areas, Hell valley and mud pools.

This tour ends in Lake Toya around at 18:00. An hour extention costs 4000 yen.

Hi, I am Mayu. I can speak English and Spanish (for guiding my Spanish needs to be polished. But I can communicate). I have had experiences as a tour leader for groups of Japanese tourists to foreign countries and foreign tourists in Japan, Tokyo, Osaka. Kyoto, Hiroshima, Kanazawa and many other cities.
I live in Hokkaido. My tours are around my city, Asahikawa. But I can customize your plan and take you around Japan. (Please let me know 2 weeks before your plan.) Even if my days are not available on my calendar, I could arrange them for you. So please ask me for availability.
I like hiking and cycling. If you are interested in those things, I will make a plan for you.

“Perfect day around Asahikawa Hokkaido ”
Mayu has brought the best out of a rainy day. Initially planned a hiking trail tour at Mount Asahidake. But the continuously rainy weather made that impossible so she found beautiful alternatives at a miraculous blue lake and a fantastic waterfall. Then nice landscapes and flower fields. At the end a good wine tasting. Additionally she helped us in the hotel with personal arrangements. Thank you Mayu for the perfect day!

I am happy if I could help you have a wonderful time in Asahikawa area even though it was rainy and you could not see Mt. Asahi. I hope that you can enjoy Lake Toya area with Furano wine watching the fireworks. Please do not miss the fire work. I want to recommend Mayu sensei to anyone who wishes to visit Asahikawa, Furano, and Biei. Mayu sensei is an absolutely fantastic guide. She drives safely in the snow, treats us with kindness, and planned a fantastic itinerary for us. In the end, we took up more time than we had initially agreed because we were traveling with a toddler, but she was so considerate to us. Apart from the beautiful scenes we enjoyed, my family felt like we made a new friend today. We will find Mayu again the next time, and we strongly recommend her.
