We mainly use public transportation.(Kanazawa loop bus 800 yen per person)
Kanazawa is a compact city and easy access on foot.
Sometimes it's much faster than waiting for bus!
Please wear a suitable shoes for the long walking occasion.
We may have a tea break (coffee),or light meal during the tour depending on the tour start time. Feel free to request about taking a short break during the tour.

Hi! I'm Yukari.
I'm a government licensed guide of Kanazawa city.(Kanazawa Visitor's Host)
I was originally born and raised in Toyama prefecture.
I had moved 2 times within Hokuriku region in my childhood for my fathers job.
I've been living in Ishikawa for 16 years in total.(4years in my childhood and 12years since I married. )
I have a family of 4.
I'm raising 2boys and have 2dogs.
I love animals, nature, music, photos, camping, and good food.
So if you feel that I might have a similar taste with you, my tour will bring you a satisfied explore.
Here in Kanazawa, tourists have been increasing in number since the opening of Hokuriku Shinkansen in 2015. Many of foreign tourists are walking around throughout the city holding their smartphone by hand.
Every time I see those people, I felt that I might be able to do something which make their trip more memorable.
This is the reason why I took the license of Kanazawa Visitor's Host and started a local tour guide.
Although I've just started as a tour guide in 2018,I sincerely enjoy making a personalized plan that every single guest would be able to make the day here in Kanazawa perfectly.

“Wonderful tour with outstanding guide”
I was in Kanazawa for one day while on a cruise. I knew there were a number things I wanted to see and do. Yukari offered a 6 hour tour that fit perfectly into my schedule, and included stops at all the places I wanted to see. I went with my sister and a friend. We all had an amazing time with Yukari. Planning and communication with Yukari was smooth and effortless. She promptly answered all questions, and made excellent suggestions for things to do, how to get from the port to the meeting spot in Kanazawa station, and what our options were for lunch. Yukari was so professional and thoughtful. She had an excellent plan for seeing the beauty of her town. She was always making sure we were comfortable with the pacing, and helped with photos. She is very knowledgeable about history and culture. And very good about clearly sharing her knowledge. We had a wonderful day and left feeling like we had a new friend in Japan. Kanazawa Golden Tour
Kanazawa literally means "golden small river." Actually about 99% of golds are producedin kanazawa. I'd like to show you how to make gold leaves. Furtehrmore I can take you to Kenrokuen, Kanazawa Castle Park, Higashichaya district, Samurai residence district, and Omi Market. We use public city loop bus, so the transportation fee is 600 yen per person and the entrance fee is 1,400 yen per person.
