Did you know that the famous Fushimi Inari is not just a shrine? It is build on a holy mountain with thousands of red torii gates spread along the hiking trails!
In this tour I want to show you some secret walks, where you have a view of the many beautiful red shrine gates without the tourist crowds while also enjoying the nature. It is an easy 3-hour-hike!

As a local guide, I know Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara very well. I love showing both the famous highlights and the smaller hidden spots that most visitors don’t get to see.
I design custom tours for individuals and groups, whether you’d like to explore Kyoto’s temples and gardens, Osaka’s lively neighborhoods, or Nara’s peaceful parks and friendly deer. Along the way, I share stories, history, and insights to help you experience these places more deeply.

“Sehr interessante Führung ”
Mit Yuta hatte wir eine historisch und kulturell sehr interessante und fundierte Führung. Er ist sehr kommunikativ und angenehm im Umgang. “Tolle Kyoto-Tour mit Yuta – absolut empfehlenswert!”
Unsere Tour durch Kyoto mit Yuta war fantastisch! Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs und Yuta hat die Tour perfekt auf uns angepasst. Er spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch, ist super sympathisch und hat uns die Geschichte und Kultur Kyotos auf eine unterhaltsame und entspannte Weise nähergebracht. Kyoto back road trail/behide the major temples
There's numbers of trails around Kyoto where people's life and forest are closely coexist. In this tour, guests will be guided half-day tour which starts from just beside one of the famous tourist spot "Silver temple". The trail starts from well-maintained road, getting gently increase in slope. Then we suddenly jump into an open space which is called "Hidoko (fire bed)" where Kyoto's biggest festival ”Okuribi (bonfire)" is held. Great panoramic view of Kyoto city is also available here.
