*Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour fee as some places accept cash only.
*The visibility of Mt. Fuji depends on the weather. The chances that you will have a clear view of the mountain are higher in cold seasons.

Important message from the supplier
- Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant if available (not a professional guide).
- Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour such as parking fee, toll fee, and transportation fee to bring our vehicle to/back to our base in Narita or Osaka.
- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation - 48 hours prior to meeting time
- 50% Refund - 1 day(s) prior to meeting time
- No Refund - less than - 24 hours before the meeting time

We are a Transportation company located in Narita and Osaka.
Our service covers the following areas in Japan:
1) Tokyo, Narita, Yokohama, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Karuizawa, and Takayama (vehicles will come from our base in Narita)
2) Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe ,Wakayama,and Hiroshima (vehicles will come from our base in Osaka)

“well arranged service”
Everything is easy arranged via the website. We were picked up at the station at the exact time and dropped off at the hotel. Very friendly driver, speaks good English as well.

Thank you for your hard work on sightseeing from Tokyo. Today, I took on Himeji sightseeing and Kinosaki Onsen in Kansai, so I moved to Kansai by Shinkansen after the tour. I'm sorry I couldn't respond to your request. Please continue to enjoy your trip in Japan.
