I was born and grew up in Yokohama. I used to work in Tokyo for more than 20 years. I became the National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English in 2013. At first, I had attended a volunteer group which provided a tour of the Imperial Palace East Gardens until 2015. I guided more than fifty times in the garden as a volunteer and studied about Japanese history and culture. Based on this experience, I became a tour guide of this online site in 2015. Since then, I have guided more than 500 tours in Tokyo as well as Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone, Kyoto, Nikko, etc., while improving my tours. My tours are very flexible and I always do my best to customize them according to the interests of my guests. I studied about the places and will provide you knowledge to appreciate them deeper than just visiting there by yourself or a member of big group tours. I live in Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan. I am a certified National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English. I acquired my certificate in February 2017. I can guide in the areas of Yamanashi, Nagano, and the Greater Tokyo Area and more depending on your interests. Yamanashi is located at the base of Mount Fuji, so it is easy to visit there. Great views of Mount Fuji and strolling in the nostalgic areas of an old town are available. And also, the snow monkey park is not very far. “Wonderful, magical day tour of Fujikawaguchiko”
I had the best day with Chinami visiting the area around Lake Kawaguchiko - including a wonderful hike for a panoramic view and shrine visit, lake cruise, Oishi Park - with lavender ice cream! - a great lunch, the charming Saiko Iyashinosato, ending with a tour of the bat cave and walk in the magical Aokigahara forest. Chinami is so warm and personable, well informed and organized, timely and professional, and delightful to spend time with. I can't think of a better day tour or guide. Highly recommend having Chinami show you around!

“A Full Day at Mt. Fuji and the Surrounding Area”
Nobu did a fantastic job keeping our family of 7 on schedule to see Mt. Fuji, two temples and even Oshino Hakkai all in the same day! He was friendly and helpful as well as an excellent navigator who drove us to all of these wonderful places. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend Nobu!

Fuji area, but not so easy for tourists to visit them due to the poor public transportations. “Great Mt. Fuji Trip”
Our family of 4 persons took a 1-day private van excursion to Mt. Fuji with Kaori-san and her photographer husband. Kaori-san created a custom itinerary where we visited some great local spots (had the best ice cream ever) and overall we had a relaxing and informative trip. She arranged pick up and drop off from our hotel in central Tokyo, so the logistics were very smooth. Highly recommend this option for anyone who wants a more unique and simple Mt. Fuji experience.
