Lunch
Iga Beef: The Premium Wagyu from the Land of the Ninja
Iga Beef is a brand of premium Wagyu raised in the Iga region. It is said that during the Edo period, Iga ninja carried dried beef as preserved food, and this jerky is believed to be the origin of Iga Beef.
Only cattle that meet strict standards can be called “Iga Beef,” one of which is that the cows must be raised primarily in the Iga region. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, Iga offers a climate with sharp temperature differences—ideal for cattle fattening—and is blessed with pure, high-quality water. The area has long been recognized as a prime location for raising quality beef. About 80% of Iga Beef is consumed locally, earning it the nickname “phantom beef.”
Iga Beef is known for its perfect balance of marbling and lean meat, as well as its fine, tender texture. When you take a bite, the rich aroma and deep flavor spread in your mouth, followed by a mellow sweetness that melts gently on the tongue.
Iga Beef Sukiyaki
You can enjoy dishes like Iga Beef Sukiyaki and Iga Beef cooked with butter.
In traditional tatami rooms, a server will assist at each table, carefully handling the timing of when to add the beef and remove other ingredients.
They’ve been perfecting for over 100 years since our founding.
Iga Beef Steak
Has wide variety of dishes featuring premium Iga beef. We offer teppanyaki courses, steak rice bowls, and more. Other popular items include tonkatsu (pork cutlet), curry rice, and omelet rice.

Trick House
This old home once belonged to the Fujibayashi family, descendants of real Koka ninja. It may look normal, but it hides traps, secret doors, escape routes, and hidden staircases—designed to protect ninja identities.
Ninja Museum
Opened in 1983, the museum displays real ninja tools like shuriken, water-walking gear, fire weapons, and the famous ninja scroll Bansenshukai. Historic ninja houses were moved here for preservation and display.
Ninja Training
Try nine different training challenges—climb walls, walk ropes, and run across water with “mizugumo.” Complete them all to earn your ninja scroll!
Shuriken Dojo

——-
I was born in Japan and grew up in the United States.
After returning to Japan, I've worked all across the country. I spent a year traveling around Japan in a car that I DIY-converted into a camper. I hope to share the experiences and the knowledges of how to enjoy our culture to the most with people from all over the world.
I would like to introduce Japan's beautiful tourist spots that you can enjoy in every season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—along with local delicacies beloved by the people in each area, and how to enjoy the unique cultures rooted in each region, such as: sushi, wagyu beef, cherry blossoms, rich milk bread, fluffy pancakes, convenient store's meals and snacks, maid cafe, izakaya(restaurant specialized to drink an alcohol), sake factory and so on.
I can create an original itinerary based on your interests! I’ll guide you with my private van anywhere in Japan from Hokkaido(top part of Japan) to Okinawa(bottom part of Japan). Without being restricted by public transportation schedules, allowing for more freedom in your travel. This is something only someone who has traveled the entire country, like me, can do! I’ll support you to the most, so please enjoy your time in Japan to the fullest!
