“Warmth, Wonder, and Oysters – Exploring Miyajima with Azusa”
Our time in Miyajima wouldn’t have been the same without Azusa—an extraordinary guide whose kindness, humor, and genuine care made us feel more like family than visitors. From the moment we met, she welcomed us with a joyful spirit and a deep love for her island home, instantly setting the tone for an unforgettable day. She led us through Miyajima’s most iconic sights, starting with the serene beauty of its shrines and temples. Whether standing beneath the towering Great Torii Gate or strolling through hidden paths to lesser-known sanctuaries, Azusa shared rich history with clarity, warmth, and a personal touch that kept us captivated. Her storytelling blended folklore with local facts, all sprinkled with laughter and heartfelt moments. And then came the oysters—Azusa guided us to the best local spots to sample these Miyajima delicacies, and each bite was a revelation. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and full of regional pride, elevated by her infectious enthusiasm and culinary tips. Azusa didn’t just guide us—she cared for us, made us laugh, and made us feel completely at ease. Miyajima’s beauty is undeniable, but experiencing it through her eyes gave the island depth and charm we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting and want more than a tour—want connection, joy, and genuine hospitality—Azusa is the guide you’ve been hoping for. Azusa you was absolutely amazing and it was our pleasure to send such a wonderful time with you on Miyajima!

Hi Roxana-san, Thank you very much for your favorable comment. I am really encouraged by it. Above all, I was really happy when I saw the smiling faces of your clients as we ended the day. Nothing is more inspiring to me than that. I wish you a greater success in your business. I will try even harder blushing up my English by whatever means possible. Regards, Hiro

“Great experience ”
Jaime was very easygoing and knowledgeable. He adjusted our tour based on my son’s interests and it was great so see my 19 year old son so happy. He gave us great tips on how to better navigate the train system to avoid getting lost since it can be quite overwhelming. He took us to a delicious place to eat the best ramen! Hope to be back in Japan and would definitely reach out to Jaime again.
