Meeting Point

Nara Station

- For guests traveling from Kyoto, we’ll meet at Nara Station. For guests coming from Osaka, we’ll meet earlier at Tennoji Station. If you’re starting from elsewhere, please let me know and we can arrange a convenient meeting point.

Nara Park (Deer Park)

Stroll through Nara Park and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with the deer, surrounded by nature and history.

11:30 AM

Todai-ji Temple & Great Buddha

Visit one of Japan’s most iconic temples and the Great Buddha, and learn about Nara as Japan’s ancient capital.

Or if you are hungry, we can do early lunch before the temple.

Lunch

Traditional Japanese-style, or local, or can be fusion lunch, selected based on your preferences and the day’s mood.

Afternoon Exploration (Flexible)

Visit another historic temple or explore a quieter local area away from the main tourist routes, depending on your interests and pace.

Ending Point

End the tour in Nara or other depending on your plans.

If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to message me. I may still be able to accommodate other dates, time ranges, or consecutive days.

Since I live in Osaka, I can arrange other cities (Kyoto, Nara, Hyogo and other) If you’d like to explore other cities, tours can also be arranged on separate days, subject to availability.

“The best way to experience Osaka!”

“An Awesome Foodie Tour in Osaka where the locals love”

My tour with Aya was AWESOME! She was so knowledgeable about the local spots to eat, shop and enjoy culture. In addition to being great company, Aya had an encyclopaedic knowledge of locals gems for dinner, dessert and sightseeing.
