Many traditional restaurants in the area offer beautifully prepared yuba dishes in a serene, Japanese-style setting, making for a perfect mid-day break during your sightseeing.

Nestled at the foot of Mt. Nantai, Lake Chuzenji is a serene and picturesque lake located at an altitude of 1,269 meters, making it Japan’s highest natural lake. Surprising Ibaraki

As an Ibaraki native, Keiichiro-san is very passionate about his home prefecture. He gave us a comprehensive insight to the places of interest and the local cuisine worth experiencing. He has a good command of English and there is no difficulty in communication. The Fukuroda Fall is spectacular and highly recommended.
