This is a quiet tour. There are many places to visit and some things to experience and watch in Kurashiki Bikan historical area. You have enough time. You don't have to be busy. After I ask you what you want to do or watch here, I will make a special plan only for you. If you are interested in art, you can spend a lot of time in Ohara Museum. If you are interested in architecture, you can spend a lot of time in Ohashi House. If you like vehicles, you can ride a boat and a rickshaw. If you want to experience Japanese life, you can wear kimono or cook Japanese sweet 'murasuzume' or make your own 'tenugui' Japanese towel. If you like shopping, you can walk and watch many souvenir shops. There are many good restaurants in this area. You can enjoy Japanese dishes, Western dishes, Indian dishes, and so on.

We're well taken care of by Yoko and had a lovely time although the weather had been pretty lousy. She's given us interesting info, taken us to a good lunch and afternoon dessert place. It was a good experience. Thank you

We spent the day with Yoko at Naoshima art island. Yoko came very well prepared with a detailed itinerary which she had discussed with us in advance. She ensured that the trip went exactly as per her planned itinerary, and ensured that we didn’t miss a single attraction or bus ride. She handled difficult situations well (eg when a museum we had not reserved ran out of tickets she managed to convince them to accommodate a few tickets for us). She was very kind, cheerful and energetic throughout. Gave a lot of useful information and context around the art and architecture we saw. Overall, the best guide we have had in our first week in Japan. Thanks for a fantastic day.

Yoko is an excellent guide that made it easy to enjoy our day in the Okayama area without having to worrying about the planning as she customized a tour for us. We first went to Washuzan Hill to view the Seto Inland Sea and did a small hike to see the Seto Ohashi Bridge. After that we did a boat tour and later visited the Kurashiki historical area. She was very knowledgeable of the area and had a great recommendation for lunch. I have found that having a guide will make your day go more smoothly and you also get a lot more out of your travels. If you are touring the Okayama area, Yoko is a great choice!

Yoko-san went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a good time. She is one of the best guides I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend using her if you’re in the Okayama area!!
