What‘s not included

Attraction Entrance Fees

Admission tickets and entrance fees for paid attractions are not included in the tour price. Please budget approximately ¥3,500 per adult for entrance fees, preferably in cash.

Meals & Drinks

Lunch and dinner are not included. As a general guide:

• Casual: around ¥2,500 per person for local meals and drinks

• Standard: around ¥4,000–¥6,000 per person for sit-down meals, café stops, and dinner

Host’s Meals & Entrance Fees

If the host is required to pay an entrance fee or meal fee while accompanying the group, these costs are not included in the tour price and may be shared by the guests.

Optional Activities & Experiences

Any additional activities, experiences, or attraction entries not included in the agreed itinerary are at the guest’s expense.

Personal Expenses

Souvenirs, shopping, crafts, snacks, and other personal purchases are not included.

Extra Hours

The tour is planned for up to 10 hours. Additional time beyond 10 hours is available at ¥5,000 per hour, subject to availability.

This is a private 10-hour tour with a flexible itinerary for your group.

Physical Considerations: The tour includes outdoor areas, moderate walking, stairs, and uneven surfaces.

Travel & Weather: Drives between certain locations may take 1 to 1.5 hours. Okinawa can be hot and humid, especially during summer. The itinerary may be adjusted to accommodate weather, traffic, or venue hours.

Originally from Brazil with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, I spent five years studying and working in Toronto, Canada, before moving to my wife’s hometown of Okinawa in 2017. Today, Okinawa is home, where we’re raising our two daughters.
