Kyoto tour starting from Osaka Port. We will visit nice spots according to the season. For example, in the fall, we visit Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama, the bamboo forest, Jojakkoji Temple (a mecca for fall foliage), Tenryuji (a World Heritage site), and Kinkakuji Temple (the Golden Temple). We return to Osaka Port by 5:00 PM.

- I will see you at the port building. We will take subways and trains (Hankyu Line)

Togetsukyo Bridge

The symbol of this area. A very scenic place, especially in the best season for autumn leaves.

We will walk to the Bamboo Forest.

Bamboo Forest

The most popular exotic place.

We walk to the Jojakkoji Temple. It's a hilly little walk, but just a 10-minute walk.

Jojakkoji Temple

This is a mecca for the autumn leaves.

We will return to the Bamboo Forest and then proceed to the Tenryuji Temple.

Tenryuji Temple

You will enjoy the World Heritage Garden of this temple.

This is one of the best Japanese Gardens.

We take a taxi to the restaurant near the Kinkakuji Temple.

We will take a taxi to go there.

Kinkakuji Temple (golden temple)

Beautiful golden palace with wonderful gardens and the northern mountains as its backdrop. One of the must-see places in Kyoto.

We will take a taxi to the Gion district.

The historical area where Geisha (female artists) live.

I will explain where a geisha lives.

If you visit the museum, you can see the real Geisha.

We will take the Hankyu or Keihan train to Osaka. If you like, I can reserve a nice seat.

- transportation fee (you and the guide), taxi(about 8,000 JPY for one taxi, max three people. For a larger number of people, you need a large taxi or two taxis), metro and train (2,800 JPY/ per person)

- lunch (you and the guide) of about 3,000 JPY /per person, or a more reasonable lunch of about 1,500 JPY

- admission fees of about 2,000 JPY/per person, no guide required

To visit the Gion Museum, the admission fee is 3,100 JPY.
