About Tour Guide Natsuko I.

Hello!

My name is Natsuko.

Thank you for visiting my page.

I used to work for a trading company, which gave me the opportunity to use English with overseas business partners.

After leaving the company, I became an English teacher for children and I discovered that I really enjoy spending time with kids.

I also had the experience of being a host family for international students, and it was so fulfilling to show them around various tourist spots and see them happy.

I hope you can have a wonderful experience in Japan too!

Would you like to join one of my fun tours?

I look forward to seeing you again!

Reviews

Natsuko is Amazing!!!

First off, Natsuko is truly an amazing person. She is a very warm and caring person, and her great personality really shows. Natsuko is truly a "people person" and my family quickly bonded with her. My daughter is typically quiet and reserved, especially around strangers. Natsuko got my daughter to sing the Winnie the Pooh song with her. As a parent, some of our best moments in life are when we see our children do something out of the norm and totally unexpected. As for the tour I do appreciate how Natsuko was able to adjust the tour as the day went by. Our actual itinerary looked completely different from the one listed/suggested. We visited Nunbiki Herb Garden, Ikuta Shrine, and had a Kobe beef lunch (one of the best meals ever - the tomato dish was the best tomato I have ever eaten). But then we deviated as we looked for a McDonald's so that my son could look for a limited edition Gundam cup, and then Natsuko took us to her favorite shops so that we could buy Kobe's best Omiyage (snacks). Our day ended at Kobe Harborland (for shopping) and Meriken Park (Be Kobe sign). Overall, we were very blessed to have found Natsuko and were very happy to have her guide us around Kobe. My daughter is willing to return the favor and show you and your family around Disneyland here in California if you ever come to the USA.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I am truly touched by your kind words. I was very happy to spend time with your family. It was fun talking not only about Japan and Kobe but also about your Disneyland with your daughter. I'm glad we could go to that hidden Kobe beef restaurant. The Kobe beef was amazing, and that tomato dish was really delicious too! It was an honor to share such a nice birthday lunch for your wife and son. Your family is so warm and kind, making me feel very welcome. I truly hope to visit California someday and see you all again. Natsuko

Family-Friendly :)

It was my first tour in Osaka. The tour guide, Natsuko, was great at handling children, and our kids quickly warmed up to her. At Osaka Castle, it was fun to become ninjas and play a shuriken game. Additionally, the lunch spot was a teppanyaki restaurant featuring wagyu beef, which was a very special experience that we wouldn't have found without the tour guide. The kimono experience was also enjoyable.

Thank you for your wonderful review! I was also happy to spend enjoyable time with your children. The shuriken game at Osaka Castle was so much fun! Everyone looked great in their kimonos. I'm really glad to hear that you thought the wagyu beef at the restaurant was the best you’ve had in Japan. I hope we can meet again someday!

What a beautiful experience!

Dear Natsuko, Thank you for the wonderful day in Kobe and for the many beautiful moments. From the very beginning, it felt to me as if we had known each other for years —that’s not something to take for granted, and it’s clearly a gift you have. As you know, the Herb Gardens and the time and experience with Matsuda-san deserve a review of their own—thank you for that as well. And finally, thank you for your understanding and patience with my arrival. I thought that after so many weeks in Tokyo I had mastered Japan’s train system—but I was clearly mistaken. I’m sorry for keeping you waiting. Thank you for everything — thumbs up, 5/5!

Hi Stefan, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I also felt as if we had known each other for years. It felt like strolling around Kobe with a long-lost friend. I was happy to see you enjoying the shortcake at the Herb Gardens and witnessing your joy while tasting the real Kobe beef at the restaurant. I truly look forward to seeing you again. Next time, let’s explore the harbor area together!
