“Hiroki is an excellent guide!”
The assistance that our family needed during our Osaka vacation was, perhaps, a bit unusual. We were attending a concert at the Osaka Dome, and wanted to be certain that our travel from hotel to and from the concert venue would go smoothly in the midst of a crowd of 55,000+ concert attendees. It turned out that we didn't receive our concert tickets from the vendor in the timeframe we expected, so Hiroki helped us to sort that situation out -- he really saved the day for us, because without his assistance with our tickets we would not have been able to attend the concert! Thank you, Hiroki, you are an excellent guide!
Hiroki D.
Dear Donna, Thank you thoughtful messages. It was my first time to help attend a concert tour. Honestly, I was anxious about getting a ticket to you before the concert started. I was so excited when getting a ticket from the vendor. After the tour, you were very content with the tour, I was pleased to help with your tour. Thank you, Hiroki
“Osaka Day Tour”
We recently spent a lovely day with Hiroki in Osaka. He's a really nice guy (albeit not quite as chatty as some of the other guides we had in Japan) and helped minimise wait times at busy venues by organising tickets and IC cards in advance. We decided to drop something from the itinerary on the day and Hiroki was very accommodating and suggested an alternative venue that we had not considered but ended up really enjoying (the Nissin cup noodle museum). He also proactively sent us information on the best way to get to Shin-Osaka station for our shinkansen trip to Hiroshima the next day which which was much appreciated. Hiroki walks very fast so be prepared for a lively pace. A couple of us were carrying injuries which meant we fell behind a little at times, but he never got that far ahead that it became a problem. Thanks for a great day Hiroki-san. We really enjoyed our time in Osaka! Regards Steve, Michele and Liam Armstrong
Hiroki D.
Dear Steve, Thank you for the feedback. I am delighted you enjoyed the Osaka tour. I was worried that there were too many tourists to bother your tour when we visited Osaka Castle. But I felt you were all pretty excited about making original cup noodles. I am looking forward to seeing you in Osaka again. Do not forget the wonderful view from Umeda Sky Building after sunset. Hiroki
“Amazing Tour to Nara”
Hiroki planned such an incredible tour through Nara. He organized a craft workshop where we made our own brushes with a master. It was amazing, he translated everything on the fly since the lady barely spoke any English. It would have been almost impossible to organize on our own, and it would have been very intimidating, although she was very nice. We then walked around a lot, went to many different places of interests, everything was timed perfectly. He does the tour to Nara a lot, so he has a lot of experiences on how to handle the deer feeding as well, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you for the great day Hiroki!

Thank you for the feedback, Mats. I enjoyed the tour to Nara with you two, too. I hope this tour will be a chance to visit Nara and Kyoto in the future again. I swear your spending time in Japan is an indispensable memory in your life.
