“Mao is a thoroughly competent and cheerful guide. ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Mao, she is one of the best guides we have had anywhere in the world. She was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Her spoken English is very good indeed and she gave us thoughtful insights into Takayama specifically and Japan in general. Mao communicated with us very well before the tour.
