Autumn is blessed harvest season with natural bounty. Rice, vegetables, persimmons, grapes, apples, and chestnuts roasting in the open fires,,, Local festivals take place at many shrines. Local people get together to local shrine near my house to say thank you to Deities. But this autumn is special, because nice couple from NYK joined our festival. Welcome ! My neighbors feel happy to meet special guests. There are many dining cornes inside shrines. And climax is Japanese drum performance by elementary school children. Japanese and fireign student play together. By drum performance people express gratitude to local Deities. No border there. Fun is frinedship, friendship is communucation, communication is face talking. So,, laugh and smile connect all world.
