Hirosaki City - The Original Castle Keep

Aomori - Mountainous Seaside City
Aomori city is the capital city of the Aomori prefecture with 280,000 population, connecting Tokyo and Aomori by the Shinkansen, or bullet train in 3 hours or 1 hour flight. The city a major trading hub so you can eat the freshest produce, learn about the ancient Jomon people and their rope-patterned pottery, and visit the UNESCO designated word heritage site! Let me show you my beloved hometown!

Discover the fascinating culture of the Jomon people who lived in Japan during the Neolithic (stone age) period. At this important site, we will walk through a reconstructed village to learn about daily life. Later, we'll go through the museum to see original artifacts found at Sannai Maruyama. “Fantastic Guide”
Vikki was great from the start. Good Comms and tailored an itinerary for us. Kept in touch all the way until the meet day and it was a wonderful day, thanks to Vikki's detailed knowledge. Very easy to talk to and knows all the best spots! We went to the big Buddha, my wife had a go at playing the instruments thanks to a friendly chat Vikki had with the performers. We took the local bus back into town and adapted the itinerary to include a shopping stop before going to the cider factory for lunch. We capped it off looking around the Nebuta Museum looking at the incredible floats, before being escorted back to our boat. I would thoroughly recommend Vikki anybody visiting the Aamori region.
