“Excellent service”

This was our second round of trips with Van transportation starting in Nara and finishing several days later in Tokyo. The office was easy to work with. They understood all the requests and subsequent changes and responses were done in a very timely manner. Miya, our driver, was with us for all segments except one. Both drivers hooked up with us via WhatApp and we used Google translate as needed. We were able to pay with a credit car for the Van transportation costs. The driver also accepted a credit card for toll and lodging costs. Both drivers (Miya and Morimoto?) were very courteous and excellent drivers, which is the most important. Our car was swapped out for a slightly larger one to accommodate the 4 adults and two car seats. We had only one snafu where one of the car seats was not appropriate for a two-year old. Morimoto drove to a store and purchased one which worked great. Situation resolved. Overall we highly recommend Van transportation. Their pricing was competitive to other services we explored. We will definitely contact Van transportation for our next trip. Thanks.

“Trip to Hakone”

Had a great experience with our driver. Her arrived on time, was a very smooth driver and it was generally great to not have to worry about the travel because we knew he would handle it. He didn't speak any English (which was a bit hard) but we managed with Google Translate.
