Ahmed was very helpful as due to typhoon approaching and just before shinkansen blockage, was able to rearrange the service asking to a collegue, Nada to reach the clients, pick them up, reserve new seats on a Kodama to Tokyo, helping them with some stuff and food purchase. Clients are safe on their flight from Tokyo today. Great job!
Thank you so much for your nice words and happy we could manage to service your customers. Thanks a lot.
The guide during our short tour was good The tour was not how provided 10 hours, only 8 hours And the price 530 € plus 100000 JPY is horrible. I like Japan but this is absolutely incorrect. Sorry but I can not recommend this to my friends or others BR Lutz
Dear Luts, thanks a lot for your time and review here, that is really useful to me to even further improve the tour design and description, and wishing to serve you again in Japan.
Ahmed booked our tour and arranged for our guide, Mr. Sudo, and a driver (Mr. To) to pick us up from the port in Osaka. We only had one day to see as much of Kyoto as possible and Sudo and To delivered! It was an incredibly hot and humid day and our group of 5 people ranged in age from 16 to 82. Our guide himself showed incredible stamina and it was wonderful to have an air conditioned van to zip around in. We saw many wonderful sights, including the Gion Matsuri festival, which was the reason we made the trip to Kyoto. Mr. Sudo is a retired businessman who speaks great English and is very accommodating of everyone's needs and interests. He explained the significance of each location and was very knowledgeable. This was an excellent tour!
Thanks a lot for your nice words and hope to see you all in Kyoto again. Thanks a lot for the nice review as well. Please to read that you enjoyed it.
We are a family of 8, ages ranging from 14 to 84 yrs old, from the Bay Area, and Hawaii. Due to varying schedules, we decided only the night before, to visit Nara. We contacted Ahmed at 9pm to arrange a tour, and although he was unavailable, he came through for us by finding a substitute, Noriko, who was wonderful. She met us at our hotel in Kyoto and made the entire trip from beginning to end effortless. There were some challenging logistics for her to deal with, as one of us had a knee injury and needed alternative means to get around, including procuring a wheelchair for her. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the sites, she accommodated every request with a smile and competence. We couldn't have asked for a better guide, and appreciate Ahmed for coming through for us on such short notice!
Thanks a lot Irene for such a wonderful review and hope to see you again in Japan.
