Tour Important Information
We will pick you up at the arrival gate of kansai international Airport with our welcome sign board and drive you to your hotel, so please kindly provide the following information when you proceed booking:
- your flight no. and scheduled arrival time
- which terminal you will arrive at
- hotel name in Kyoto
*If your hotel is outside Kyoto, we offer our transfer service with extra charge depending on the hotel's location. In this case, please kindly send us a message before booking through our profile page and we will check our availability.

*Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant (not a professional guide).
*Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour fee as some places accept cash only.

- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation - 48 hours prior to meeting time
- 50% Refund - 1 day(s) prior to meeting time
- No Refund - less than - 24 hours before the meeting time

1) Tokyo, Narita, Yokohama, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Karuizawa, and Takayama (vehicles will come from our base in Narita)
2) Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe ,Wakayama,and Hiroshima (vehicles will come from our base in Osaka)
