What‘s not included

your entrance fee. your transportation fee(840 yen for a round trip to matsushima from Sendai. You can use JR pass or Suica). Lunch for you and your guide.

-Train ticket from Sendai to Matsusima 820 yen (you can use JR pass)

-Matsushima bay cruise (only cruise 1350yen / cruise + local food experience 1500 yen /

cruise + local food and green tea at tea house 2000 yen)

-Entrance fee of Zuiganji temple 700 yen

-Entrance fee of Entsuin 500 yen

Tour Important Information

I can usually start the tour from Sendai station or Matsushima Kaigan station but its ok to start the tour from Matsushima if you stay at matsushima

“Wonderful Introduction to Sendai”

Mai is a terrific local guide. She communicated clearly, met us as scheduled and then became a friend over the next 3 hours. She shared her great knowledge and love of Sendai and we had a true sense of the city when we left. Mai also helped us navigate a pharmacy purchase and introduced us to some amazing food. We really enjoyed this tour and Sendai, and highly recommend Mai!

“Fantastic Tour Of Sendai!”

The walking tour Sendai with Mai was great - Mai planned a perfect course stopping off at some great spots around Sendai! I particularly enjoyed viewing the city from the free platform, walking through the shopping district, getting recommended some great Izakayas to visit. That was only part of the tour and Mai took me to some other great places as well. Along the way, Mai was very easy to talk to and im doing so every time I said what I looked forward to eating or seeing in Sendai, Mai would be able to offer a suggestion or tailor the tour slightly to show me. If you are looking after a tour guide in Sendai, Mai is an excellent choice! Thank you Mai for your tour!
