It’s a temple near Sendai station with a beautiful five story pagoda.

Sendai castle ruin or Rinnoji temple
you can choose between Aoba castle Ruins or Rinnoji temple.
Aoba castle ruin- you can enjoy the best panoramic views of the city. Also if you love history, Date Masamune who is the founder of Sendai is one of the most fascinating samurai in Japanese history.
Rinnoji temple- this temple has a beautiful Japanese garden you can enjoy all around the year. it offers a calm atmosphere that feels very different from central Sendai.

Guide fee
Public transportation fee for you and your guide depending on the places you go in the tour
(for example 350 yen for a round trip ticket for Aoba castle)
Entrance fee for you and your guide(guide can enter for free for most of places but have to pay if we go to Rinnoji (300 yen) or Sendai city war museum (120yen)
Your food and drink ( you can try any food you want during the tour)
Lunch for you and your guide

if you have any other requests, I'm happy to customize the itinerary.
Depending on the season, I can also take you to seasonal highlights like cherry blossom spots in spring.

“Fantastic Tour Of Sendai!”
The walking tour Sendai with Mai was great - Mai planned a perfect course stopping off at some great spots around Sendai! I particularly enjoyed viewing the city from the free platform, walking through the shopping district, getting recommended some great Izakayas to visit. That was only part of the tour and Mai took me to some other great places as well. Along the way, Mai was very easy to talk to and im doing so every time I said what I looked forward to eating or seeing in Sendai, Mai would be able to offer a suggestion or tailor the tour slightly to show me. Yamadera is a holy temple complex on the mountain known for its beautiful mountain view. But there are more places to see if you like hiking and hidden places. Shiroishi castle and Fox village
It is a fun trip for adults and families. After visiting Shiroishi castle which is famous for cherry blossom and offers a stunning view of Shiroishi city from the top floor , visit fox village. At fox village, you can observe many different foxes roaming around. With additional fee, you can hold foxes and take some pictures. They are so cute with fluffy fair in winter and in spring, you many meet baby foxes.
