Just send me a message of where and what you wanna do!
——-
I was born in Japan and grew up in the United States.
After returning to Japan, I've worked all across the country. I spent a year traveling around Japan in a car that I DIY-converted into a camper. I hope to share the experiences and the knowledges of how to enjoy our culture to the most with people from all over the world.
I would like to introduce Japan's beautiful tourist spots that you can enjoy in every season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—along with local delicacies beloved by the people in each area, and how to enjoy the unique cultures rooted in each region, such as: sushi, wagyu beef, cherry blossoms, rich milk bread, fluffy pancakes, convenient store's meals and snacks, maid cafe, izakaya(restaurant specialized to drink an alcohol), sake factory and so on.
I can create an original itinerary based on your interests! I’ll guide you with my private van anywhere in Japan from Hokkaido(top part of Japan) to Okinawa(bottom part of Japan). Without being restricted by public transportation schedules, allowing for more freedom in your travel. This is something only someone who has traveled the entire country, like me, can do! I’ll support you to the most, so please enjoy your time in Japan to the fullest!

“A Perfect Guide for Nagoya!”
Masa was amazing! I have a small habit to asking lots of mundane and atypical questions, but Masa was certainly up for the task! He tailored my experience for the things I was looking for on my trip and I was able to get all the souvenirs and candies for all the friends and family back home. It was a truly a pleasure to have him as my guide and I would love to visit Nagoya again! Thank you for the great tour, Masa!

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words—I truly appreciate it. I’m really happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed the day in Gujo Hachiman. It was a pleasure spending time together, and I also had a great time sharing stories and conversations throughout the tour. Moments like that are what make guiding so special for me. I’m glad the “castle in the sky” experience left a strong impression, and it means a lot to know you found the tour both enjoyable and informative. Next time, I’d love to create another tour for your family to enjoy—beyond Gujo Odori as well! I can arrange tours all across Japan, so please feel free to reach out anytime. Again, thank you for going on a tour with me! I hope we can meet up in your next journey also! Have a wonderful and safe travel :)

The Classic Nagoya Tour with the local
Nagoya, Japan’s fourth-largest city has a vibrant blend of history and modernity. I’d love to guide you through some of its most iconic landmarks, including Nagoya Castle, cultural stores, Osu Kannon Temple, charming old shopping streets, and the center of Nagoya: Sakae city. The most striking features about Nagoya Castle is the golden shachihoko, mythical tiger-headed carp, gleaming top of the roof.

Gujyo Hachiman jyo- The Castle in the Sky and the best Unagi ever!
Gujo Hachiman Castle, located in Hachiman Town, Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture, is the oldest reconstructed wooden castle in Japan. Known for its elegant white keep, it’s often referred to as the “Castle in the Sky.” The castle sits atop Mt. Hachiman, overlooking the castle town, offering stunning seasonal views throughout the year. The early morning mist resembling a sea of clouds often occurs on cold mornings from autumn to winter (around November to February).
