Tour Important Information
Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board with your name on at the arrival gate for pick-up.
Please be noted that most of our drivers cannot speak English.
Important message from the supplier
-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation
-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

- 80% Refund - 8 to 14 days prior to meeting time
- 70% Refund - 2 to 7 days prior to meeting time

“Perfect Trip”
Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived off the cruise ship. The ship was delayed in getting custom clearance but driver was there with a sign. Good trip arrived at airport in 1 hour.
